About Society

Asmita Education Mandal was founded in 1972 for imparting education the poor and down trodden of the nearby areas (Primary and Secondary schools in Marathi and English medium were established at Pannalal nagar and an school at Parvati nagar later). Music, dance and the use of various musical instruments were taught to students and nearby public through Asmita Sangeet Niketan after school hours on regular basis since last 25 years. This had enhanced the awareness of the public towards cultural activities. As a social responsibility, all facilities in the campus is provided free of cost for various social and cultural activities to different organizations.
